These “bricks” are foundational pieces of understanding that, when combined, help us see and comprehend the Kingdom of God, the new heavens, and the new earth created through Yeshua’s finished work.

Some topics might be eschatological, while others will cover basic biblical concepts like the Tanakh or Torah. The goal is to build a solid foundation of biblical truths that enhance our understanding of God’s Kingdom.

In B.R.I.C.K. #04, we dive into the topic of iconography and the dangers of idolatry, drawing on the example from Exodus 32 where the Israelites created a golden calf. This B.R.I.C.K. emphasizes that any image or object used to represent YAHAVAH or to mediate between us and YAHAVAH is considered idolatry, even if it’s intended to honor Him.

We explore how the Israelites believed they were worshiping YAHAVAH through the golden calf, but in reality, they were engaging in idolatry by using a physical object as a mediator. The lesson here is clear: anything other than Yeshua that we use to facilitate our access to YAHAVAH is idolatry.
